Post My Parcels are stuck in customs and not moving at all

The parcels UP897006685CN and UP897108322CN That were ordered on March 2 and shipped on the 4th and 5th. But these haven’t moved from “customs” they are stuck, at least that’s what China post tracking says. It’s been in customs since March 6. It’s now March 17! Can anyone see if it’s a fake number or if it moved?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcels were shipped on Mar 8.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
