My package says left shangai pudong for almost 25 days isont know what to do ??// what can be the cause???? hellppp pls 😡 😡

After the parcel leaves China, it won't be scanned and updated again until it arrives at the destination country. It could spend a lot of time travelling until then; to some countries, 25 days is not at all unusual. See:

You're welcome! Ok, good news, bad news (but mostly good news):

First of all, like you know, your parcel left China on 15 Sep (good news). Also, your parcel is almost certainly in Canada; the last time Canada Post updated it was today at 9:20am.

The bad news is that since August, Canada Post no longer puts tracking information online for this category of mail. You can read more here:

China Post Forum

That said...the average time to delivery from China to Canada is 30 days. If I had to guess, I would say it's likely that your package will be delivered in the next week, possibly even Tuesday. I can't know for sure, though, because in Canada I can only find the time of the last scan, not where the parcel is or what it's doing.

On the Canada Post website. I'm sorry I can't be more specific than that -- I'm worried that if I post details of where the website shows that info, they'll find their mistake and fix it. :(
