So my tracking number is LN661081812CN. My brother purchased an item from the same site and this was around a day after I made my order and he somehow got his a week before my order ever came in???? What's going on? Should I file a dispute?

LN661081812CN should be seriously delayed or lost. I suggest you wait one more week. If you can not get it by Nov 13, open dispute for lost parcel.
