It has been almost 3 months since the tracking has updated.

It still says "in transit"

My tracking number is RS149010893CN

1. Have you phone Canada Post for you parcel from China.

2. You should contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel. It might be lost or misplace.

3. Tracking I could find is this:

2. So from the 04 Aug your parcel was ready to be sent to Canada. It left:
2016-08-05 13:50:08.0 leaving Guangzhou Airport going to next airport/seaport

3. Is your parcel lost, misplace or detain by Canadian Customs, I really don't know.

4. Normally China Post Register Airmail parcel to Canada comes to Vancouver Inbound Warehouse and it take from 6 to 8 week to be deliver. Your parcel was not deliver because you are here asking question. Also because it was a register Parcel somebody had to sign for it.

5. That why I ask you to contact Canada Post if they know the whereabouts of your parcel. Then I ask you to contact your seller to tell him that you have not receive your parcel.

6. That it I don't know anything else.

1. If you are the sender of the parcel and you put insurance on the parcel possibly yes. If you are the recipient of the parcel and a seller sent you the parcel, then you need to contact seller for reimbursement.

2. If you still want to contact China Post:

They speak only Mandarin.
