Is it normal that i cant track my parcel?? It has been shiped by epacket one week ago

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LZ903269290CN has no record. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you might be scammed.

if you just got this number, You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.

If you have got this number for long time and paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.

Dear friend,
We are so sorry for late reply.
As the weekend and National day's holiday,There are some delay for update the tracking infos.
But don't worry,It will update the tracking infos on website within 2-5 working days.

Is it believable or he is trying to scam me??

I suggest you give 3 more days to your seller. If you can not get tracking result by Friday, open dispute against fraud.
