I was told at the most it would only take 20 business days to receive my package.... The twenty days will be up August 18, 2018. So, again where is my package and will have it no later than 8/18/2018. If not then I will be reporting to PayPal your company is fraudulent and I would like to have a full refund. It is not good business practice to lie to your consume hirs.

your parcel is waiting for flight space from Shanghai to Chicago since Jul 28. waiting time can take 7 to 20 days. China Post can not guarantee you can get it before Aug 18.

If your seller gave you any misleading shipment guarantee, you can open dispute for compensation.
