Hi, is there a way to speak to someone on the phone in English? The numbers listed on the website are not working. Amazon says my package was 'attempted delivery ' this past Saturday 10/5/19 at 1230pm - but I was home and no one rang the bell and no notes have been left that day or the 2 following days. I don't know where my package is or how I can get it?

I live above a pharmacy who keeps delivered packages for us as well - if I could inform whoever has my package to leave it at the pharmacy in my building so it doesn't get mailed back...Thanks

usps.com shows LW672994909CN was forwarded to a different address at 12:28 pm on October 5, 2019 in RIDGEWOOD, NY. This was because of forwarding instructions or because the address or ZIP Code on the label was incorrect.

You need contact USPS to pickup your parcel asap. Otherwise it will be returned to China.
