RB770959204CN was rejected by airline. We can not get the reason yet. You can file claim for refund.

Thank you for your efforts. Will you be updating the reason of rejection when/if they are available. Just curious as of why they rejected an eBay purchase. Thanks again.

Just for your info: Finally, current status has been updated to " Departured 20131009" from "Departured 20130910". Btw, what does it means? Left China? Still in the system?

Has been working closely with seller. According to them, still waiting for answer from local Post Office after atleast 2 weeks. Logically a rejected item should return to the sender. But so far, no feed back. May be China Post operates differently? After a whole month of waiting, I just want to know why. Thanks again.

The only thing i can tell you is that your parcel was rejected and returned by airline in Beijing airport on Oct 9. No detailed information available at this moment and no need to ask so many why. Please urgently contact your shopping website and file a non-receipt refund claim before it is too late. Let the shipper to deal with China Post and find the reject reason, it is his duty.

Thanks for the reply. A claim will be filed to get my money back. However, I am entitle to an answer after more than a month of waiting. An item should not be able to disappeared into thin air. Unless it is a cover up. Than again, only China Post as a whole can cover it up or China Post just don't care. Especially a Register item, the reputation of China Post is call to question.

Further more, there is no dumb questions out there. Simple and direct questions always led to the truth. Only those guilty party refuses to clarify questions. I am just try to find out if China Post or Seller, maybe both, is the party to held responsible for. That is why "why" will not harm the innocent. But stopping other from asking questions, sound like information "black out" or cover up. It also make the whole incident questionable.

To protect the integrity of the China Post and the businesses in China, Chinese government should take it seriously and root out the problem. May it be human or system as a whole. At least legit business will be protect from accusation of not delivering. By the way, this is not the isolated incident. Experience with more than one fake tracking number on order on the net. It is acceptable that there are fake info out there. As a government agency, China Post have the responsibility to prevent it from happening, at least try. Guess I will have to look for other channel for help and continue to made enquiry into this until a satisfactory answer is found.
