The package has left China on November the 25th and since then it is not possible to track it.
The tracking number is RY629683850CN

Any idea where it can be?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was sent to airline on nov 25. There are too many parcels shipped in Nov and Dec. Airlines do not have enough space to ship all these parcels in time. you need wait another 2 to 4 weeks.

It still has not arived.
All other packages from China arrived on time even the items that were send a month later.
In a week my buyer protection ends, so I have to claim it as lost.

Yes, exactly. Definitely file a claim now, before your buyer protection runs out.

The package has arrived!!

I asked the seller to extend the delivery time and they did.

It seems that it had a rough voyage, the carton box wan mangled and there was water inside..
Since they used a lot of tape and the content was in plastic bags only the box was damaged.

80 days delivery time is a new record for me, but i am happy it did not get lost.

Woohoo, great to hear! I really appreciate your follow-up, both because of the good news, and because there are still other people in Europe waiting on parcels sent back in November. It's good to know that there is at least some hope :)
