hi,

Usually this takes about 30 days to fully complete delivery but it has not received a new update since October 4th. What I found odd was that I got the same shipping status twice on 2 different dates. Is my package stuck in China? Has it been on its way to Canada for this long? Is it in Canada but not processed yet? If so how long will it take to get processed? Overall I would like to know how long I have to wait?

1. Your parcel was slow moving in China because there was a National holiday from the 1 to 8 Oct. Plus maybe it had difficulty to find a place on an Aircraft to get out of China.

2. Now for your parcel getting out of Customs in Canada. What I have seen her is 21 days after the item has left originating country. In your case it would be the 25 Oct. That 21 days rules has been going on since Sep this year.

3. So, next week around the 25 Oct you should see some movement of your parcel on the Canada Post site.

My buyer protection runs out on October 31st. These people at fastcardtech are difficult to deal with and I have to wake up at 1:00 AM in the morning to talk to them. What should I do? You said I should get an update by October 25th but if October 25th comes and I get no update what do I do then? Also when I ask for a refund they ignore me. What should I do about that as well?

1. Have them extend the buyer protection for 2 weeks, I suspect also you paid with Pay Pall, you could call Pay Pall and ask them if you are cover.

Also you know how you said I should expect an update on the 25th if it does not come on the 25th is there a possibility that I could receive an update on the 26th, 27th, 28th, 29th or 30th. I need the package before November. Do you think it is possible for me to get an update before november?

1. Like I said earlier this is what I have been seeing so far the 21 days rules. It does not mean yours will not take maybe 22, 23, 24 days to get out of Customs.

2. Just be patient I'm almost sure you will see some movement of your parcel shortly.

I just saw it. The 21 day rule really works thank you. To the rest of you still waiting I suggest you wait 21 days after your latest status of departure before we file complaints.
