I bought this in December 2018, and got an email note that it had shipped.'

It's now June 16, 2019. I don't have my package, not a refund for its return.

LM381239817CN is a fake number. your seller never shipped anything to you. You are scammed.

If you paid with PayPal, you should open dispute against fraud. I hope now it is not too late.
