Can someone confirm if this epacket is in normal stage and should be in usa soon? Or it is a scam?

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel was shipped on Jun 30. Normally parcel will arrive USA in 2 to 4 weeks. It is still in normal time frame.
