Post is my packet lost

i sent this on 7. Oct : LO282581319CN

and then i sent this on 11. Oct : LO300069752CN

but the second package arrived in gemany and the first not (status not updated since 9. Oct) . why? is it lost

Normally ePacket will take 2 to 4 weeks to reach Germany. Your first parcel is normal ,your 2nd parcel is super fast(lucky).
