My package was sent almost 2 months ago and still hasn't left China. What is going on?

The info is:

Your item left China on December 4. I'm not sure why, but parcels to Mexico are super slow lately, 50-90 days to delivery. If your buyer protection is expiring soon, open a dispute with your seller, otherwise keep waiting. :(

Good news -- RK846495707CN arrived in Mexico on Jan 18. :) It's waiting to clear customs now.
