Post Is my package held up in customs, or what?

LK137028954HK

It was processed through ISC Chicago on the 11th. Was due Monday. I've never had anything take that long from customs, to my door (4 days max). There hasn't even been an "in transit to destination" status.

Is this still in customs, or possibly lost?

USPS import processing sometimes takes 2 to 4 weeks. Your parcel is in the hand of USPS, you'd better call USPS for detail.
