Post Is my package even coming?

I got an update saying order confirmed and a tracking number but it keeps telling me tracking number is too long. YT1828221216012985 that's the number I got. I paid for quick shipping to get item by Halloween. If it's a scam I'd like to have pay pal handle it and order something else. Any help is welcomed

YT1828221216012985 is not china post tracking number. It is YunExpress parcel. YunExpress shows it just arrived Los Angeles. Not sure if YunExpress information is real , you can wait 2 to 3 days and see if you can get the goods.
