Post Is LS953604056CN a fake number?

I placed an order on April 5th, it is now the 24th of April I emailed the company and they keep telling me it should arrive from 8-10 days well it is now going on 3 weeks, when I track the number it said left China on the 12th been in that status for a few weeks now, can someone please help before I go back to that company and request a refund?

LS953604056CN is on the way to US. such ePacket might take 2 to 4 weeks to reach USA, please be patient.
