I placed 2 orders on this site on October 10th. I received the tracking numbers above on October 12th and today is October 17th and I have not received any information. When I attempt to track i get "no shipping record" while usps.com says "label created". is that site a scam/fraud? I have tried to reach out to the site and company and they are not replying to me. PLEASE provide update, information, or guidance.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows both parcel numbers have No shipping record. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you might be scammed.

You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.
