http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RG870766007CN shows only result "shipping notice received from seller". This means your seller applied a tracking number from china post, but never actually shipped anything. You are scammed.

Open dispute to paypal/aliexpress/amazon and claim refund against fraud asap.
