😡 😡 😡 i was told my order LN142624248CN was on its was to JFK in NY. now i check its in Shanghai. whats the real status with my package

RB821815484CN when i check the tracking its says:
Location Activity
Fri 11/1/2013 8:07 am PVG NULL
(i don't understand this at all. what does this mean)

RB386394610CN Year Status Location Destination Country Date
Departure from China 31002400 US 20131030 0813

i need help figuring this out

RB821815484CN is n Shanghai airport waiting for airline space to USA.
LN142624248CN is in Changsha airport waiting for transit airline to JFK airport ,NY.

you can track it in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php and see if your parcel has been sent to airline.

Normally you will get the parcel after 2 to 3 weeks of the "sent to airline " date.
