I ordered a gift for my friend on July 23rd and it has yet to be updated, i have been sending messages to the seller everyday now no response .
it was last updated on Aug 4, 2016 it says leaving parcel center【上海浦东】 Sent to airline

please tell me when my friend will receive her gift

4. Your parcel is On Route to USA, I would not be surprise that it's already arrive in the USA Inbound Mail Center. Unfortunately USPS does not scan/track China Post Registered Air Mail parcel anymore. So we can find out where the parcel is exactly.

how will i know if my friend received her package , if the seller is not updating it,
why does it say it was last updated on aug 4th 2016 and why does it take so long to get to her?

1. Why would the seller update the tracking of your parcel? If you want to know if your friend got the parcel you will have to ask and it won't be a surprise anymore.

2. Estimated delivery to USA can be 8 days shortest, 16 average and 62 longest.

3. May I suggest you read this:

I can fly to China in 24 hours! Why does a package take weeks?

What are the stand formats of China Post tracking number? How to distinguish them?

4. May I suggest possibly the next time you order something from China that you pay extra money for the parcel be sent by EMS or E Packet or even DHL. Then you will be able to follow the parcel all the way to USA and follow the parcel on the USPS site.

1. Your parcel has been on the road for 30 days as of today. Still no change, you just need to be patient.

2. Maybe if you go to your local USPS Office and talk to the supervisor (and be kind to him) he might be able to tell you if the parcel landed in USA. If I'm telling that is because the Canadian Post Office also does not track the registered parcel from China but technically the do but customer are not advise of it. If they do that it's because it is registered and need a signature from the recipient and they need to know where the parcel is at all the time in case it's lost.

is it possible it got lost and the seller has not stated that it has been delivered and my friend said she still haven't received it so i may have to just ask for a refund
because i been waiting long enough
