2016-12-02 11:33:00.0 USA received
2016-12-04 10:53:00.0 arrive USA 迈阿密 Transit Station
2016-12-04 10:53:00.0 leaving 迈阿密
2016-12-04 16:00:00.0 迈阿密 export customs cleared
2016-12-13 11:03:09.0 Shanghai Transit Station import customs scan
2016-12-13 15:28:25.0 Shanghai Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )
2016-12-19 13:48:22.0 Guangzhou Transit Station import customs scan
2016-12-20 16:59:26.0 Guangzhou Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )

from your above information, the parcel arrived Guangzhou on Dec 20. It seems to have some delivery problem. You should ask receiver call China Post hot line 11185 and try to pickup the parcel.
