Hello,

I am living in ningbo and i have a client in USA.
where do i neet to go to use "epacket" as ems etc is more expensive.

Do i need to go to chinapost? or is there an epacket agent/website for me to use directly

please help me#

ePacket normally is offered only to ecommerce company which has big shipment volume. You can not ship just one pc parcel with ePacket.

by whom is it offered? where do i apply? what is the volume to qualify?

ePacket service is offered in limited cities in China, the service is provided by China Post EMS department. You can contact your local China Post EMS department for qualification detail. You should open an account with them.
