Hello

I shipped a package to China from Argentina on January. I know it was delivered on the 23th of January because it was shipped back by the buyer (and he provided proof of delicery by sending a photo) And in the declaration he did on the Post in China, confirmed that date, but the tracking system never says, “delivered”. It show many attemps of delivery until the 29th, when the buyer decided to return it. Is there any way to get an updated status, that confirms the DELIVERED, status?

RR681951138AR was not delivered. It arrived destination on Jan 28 but receiver is not in the address. Then China Post returned the parcel shipper. So your parcel was not shipped back by receiver. it was returned by China Post destination office.

If your parcel is delivered, China Post tracking system will show "delivered" status.
