I purchased a silk comforter set in Suzhou China in September. It left Suzhou on September 16, and arrived in Guangzhou on September 24. There have not been any updates since then. It is now October 23. The tracking number is cp362282551cn. When should I expect to receive the package?

cp362282551cn is called air/sea combined parcel. Its arrival time is very difficult to predict. But this is a normally very slow parcel which has very low priority to be sorted by Canada Post and China Post.

Based on our stats, If parcel weight is less than 2 kgs, it can take 2 to 8 weeks to reach Canada receiver. If weight is over 2 kgs, it might take half year to arrive Canada.

Next time please use ePacket to ship goods to Canada, which is a little bit more expensive but much much faster.
