I ordered something from China and the tracking hasn't updated since the 12th. The tracking number is LS325859748CN.

LS325859748CN was shipped on Dec 12. Now is busy season, you need wait 3 to 5 weeks to get it in USA.

Now is busy season. ePacket might take 2 to 6 weeks to reach USA. you can not see new status until it is released by US customs.

Hello,
I ordered a package on Nov. 24th and it was shipped Nov. 27th. I contacted the company that I bought the item from and they said it was left customs last week and on its way to the U.S. When I search the number it comes up as preparing for shipment. Can ChinaPost please tell me where exactly my package is?
Thanks.

Thank you the update. I was wondering is my package being shipped by boat or plane?

I'm in the same boat as a lot of you guys here.

When I track it using Chinese websites (including this one), it shows that my packages have cleared China customs and are en-route to JFK airport in New York.

But when I track using the same ID in the USPS website, it shows that the items are in "Pre-Shipment" and that the "origin post is preparing shipment."

Just looking at some of you guys' timelines, I think it's unlikely that my (our) packages will arrive in time for Christmas. Gonna have to wait until next year, especially given the high volumes of mail/deliveries that are flowing through the system right now.

Sigh.

USPS isn't always great about updating delivery info on ePackets. That said, if you haven't already, be sure to open up the "Tracking History" pulldown on the USPS tracking results page. You should see basically the same events from China Post, plus any extra domestic ones from the USPS.
