This is what I am given but when I try to track it says only maximum of 13 numbers? Order is 3 weeks old.

Yours isnt a standard tracking number. U need to ask your seller how to track it.

Hello! I sent shoes from this adress: http://www.thetownhousebath.co.uk/ i check in to my account and show pay succes open view and show me this steps: Order statuss:Paid Successs and Pending. Going is 5 days and delevery tape is Best Way. But i dont recive truck number-only this one: order notice [Ekaeorder TradeNo: 20170811134349] Please Help Me. Thanks.

I ordered an item on 8/17/2017 and I got the pending status then got payment success Ekaeorder TradeNo: 201708180004117256 what do I do to figure out where in the world this package is and why in the hell don’t I have it yet lol

201708180004117256 is not a tracking number. you should post tracking number to get help here.
