Hello,

Could you please provide any information on package: LT435538618CN

It was accepted by the China Post on 03/15/2019. According to http://parcelsapp.com/en/tracking/LT435538618CN , it hasn't moved from 03/16/2019-03/17/2019.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LT435538618CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Wuhan office to US on Mar 17.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Wuhan ,China or customs warehouse in Chicago,US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

Is it possible to file a claim with China Post to see if they can locate the package or provide more information?

now is still in normal time frame, i don't think it is necessary to file any claim at this moment. If you can not get the parcel after April 15, open dispute to seller for non-arrival order refund. Seller will contact china post for delivery proof. If seller can not find proof, you will get refund.
