Theres nothing wrong with your package, its completely fine on-route, its just that china post is very busy so it takes longer than usual

It's normal for status to "freeze" and not update for many weeks when an item is moving between countries. If you post your tracking number we might be able to give more details.

What does “sent to airline” mean?How long will it arrive after “sent to airline”?

Can you please try and locate my package? It’s been almost 60 days with no update UG059456719CN and what US company tracks this? USPS says it does not track China items

No company tracks this in the US; if you want tracking, you need to use a more expensive shipping method, like ePacket (tracking number starting with L) or EMS (tracking number starting with E).

If you haven't gotten it after 60 days, there is a good chance that it is lost. You should open a dispute with your seller so that you can get your money refunded.

it's almost 60 days (about 5 more days) it's two packages shipped on two different days and both have the same status, should I wait it out or file a claim?

LX745915127CN is in the hand of Royal Mail. You should contact your local post office and try to pickup the parcel.

Hi Can you advise as to where RO141162487CN is currently? I can find any update since it landed with the airline on 08 Feb 2018.
