http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel in 福州 customs for over 2 weeks. It might be delayed 2 possible reasons:
1) waiting for shipping space 2)the parcel was rejected by safety officer.

You can wait 2 more weeks and track again. If it is still in 福州, you should open dispute for lost parcel.

Here what they told me when I asked why number is not valid:

"Mona Lisa
2015-12-15 06:01:54
We have shipped
Now postal peak
Extend the protection time
Please wait a few days
You will soon receive
thank you"

Can someone help find my package or contact the seller, the seller is no longer responding to emails and its been about two months and i still dont have the package. my tracking number is RS327602974CN

2. Now what I don't know if the parcel just arrive in Canada and was scan by Canada Post to give to Customs for inspection or is it processing in Montreal to go somewhere else.

3. You could if you want to call Canada Post and tell them you know the parcel is in Canada and that it was scan in Montreal on the 09 Dec and ask them where is the parcel.

4. They might not want to give you an answer because you are not the sender of the parcel. Plus the fact that Canada Post does not track officially China Post Register mail.

If you have paid with a VISA Credit Card then you have 60 days window, starting from charging date, to file a DISPUTE.
Chances for you to see the money or the Item are slim, or none.
Happened to me a couple of years to me through Aliexpress. The package was tangled inside China mainland. They were promising me “be patient is coming soon”. The package was timely delivering. At the day 45 I opened the dispute with my CREDIT CARD BANK. The bank gave me a full refund. On the day 81 USPS delivered the Package, with no return address, which I refused, because I had been paid. The returned package ended at US Post Office Inspector.
I take risks, but only calculated risks. I do not take chances. I do not let myself to be a victim.
The rule of the thumb is. If things doesn’t looks good, at the day 45 file a dispute with your Credit Card Bank. To win you have to collect undisputed evidence, using the Print Screen, and communicate with the seller kindly, but ask specific questions and, request to be as hones and specific with you.

CP299522601CN is surface parcel, very slow. sometimes surface parcel will take half year to arrive.

CP299522601CN this tracking code of parcel took almost 6 month (nanjing to karachi)but still not received yet my privious parcel are received in pakistan in 1 month
