Hi I made several purchases prior to the Chinese Holiday they were all 4 separate shipments shipped the day after the holiday showing as departing China on 08.10.19 at 22:46 but none have appeared in the UK over 2 weeks later now, no more movement at all, this part of journey 'Normally' only 2-3 days max. Can you please locate LA069396895CN, LA069604995CN, LA070529568CN and LA070690483CN I'm very worried and very important items.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows all your parcels were shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to UK on Oct 8.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Royal Mail system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in UK). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days until Royal Mail gets the parcel from customs. Then Royal Mail website will show its new status with UK location.

Everything looks normal, no need worry.

OK thanks so been 17 days now technically. Does that mean shipping from Aliexpress will now take longer from China, used to be just 7-14 days total to arrive or is this just build up of shipping due to the Chinese Holiday? Might it be being held by UK customs and excersise?

Yes. China National holiday caused many parcels are lining up for processing. Delay is common this month. Please be patient.

Hi thanks for clarification easier if know at least and know for future so don't get in trouble with my orders. Is there any idea how much longer, max timeframe and when/if shipping go back to normal?
