3. You could ask USPS to do an investigation about your parcel because recipient is telling you that he has not received the parcel.

Are you saying that it hasn't arrived in China yet? I had contacted USPS and they had said it departed the US on May 28. Now there is finally a scan that shows up from China. I am a bit confused and I am trying my best to relay information to the recipient.
