Hello,

I bought an item on eBay on April 2nd, the tracking number is (UG506665577CN) and has not had any updates. Is this normal? When should I expect an update?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the number is invalid. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you are scammed.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.
