Just wondering if my package shipped out of china yet I dont really understand LO249178684CN

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO249178684CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Putian office to Canada on Oct 7.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Canada Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Putian ,China or customs warehouse in Canada ). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(your parcel seems to be delayed in some place outside China) until Canada Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Canada Post website will show its new status with Canada location.
