😡 I'm very upset I think I was scammed I bought an ipad online supposedly on ebay . I have been waiting a while and I received a small package today and it was a little plastic ball!! God I am sooo upset !! Please help me!

contact ebay and file a item-not-as-descripted dispute case to get your money back.

If you pay with Paypay, dispute the case.
If you pay with credit card, call your credit card company telling them the transaction is a fraud.
They're the only one who can help to get your money back.
