your parcel should have delivery or custom duty payment problem. you need ask seller call china post hot line 11183 ,inquiry detail of the problem and pickup the goods.

If china post does not have any news about this parcel, it should be still stuck in China customs. You can file an investigation with USPS and ask them to contact China Post and China customs for solution.
