Post Help please - tracking states delivered to Canada but have not received

Hello,

My tracking information states that my item was "delivered to community mailbox, parcel locker or apt./condo mailbox" on September 13th, 2017 but I have not received anything. I called Canada Post and they said they could not help so I would need to contact China EMS.

Tracking number LM582626469CN

Hello,

Your package was too big to be left in your mailbox. It should be in a parcel locker. Call post canada and ask them where is your package.

if you live in Apartment/Condo, contact your apartment supervisor, they might have collected the parcel for you.
