My package has been stuck on “exprt from customs” in fuzhouh china since October 12, is this normal or is something wrong? My tracking number iS LY821505377CN. A response would be greatly appreciated

Fuzhou airport often has airline shortage. Shipping time from Fuzhou to USA often needs 3 to 5 weeks. you need wait some more time.
