Hi,

I would ask to what is "Departure export customs", because
I ordered package with number "LX019489617CN" and the status of my parcel doesn't change after more than a month, the package was to arrive after 7/15 days and so far it has not.

"Departure export customs" is often the last status when an item leaves China. The next update usually comes when the parcel arrives in the destination country, with a long delay in tracking in between.

How long will China Post parcel arrive my country? How long will my tracking status be updated?

Parcels to Poland seem to be taking a very long time lately. I'm not sure how much longer you should wait before opening a dispute and claiming a refund for non-delivery.
