Hey guys can I get help locating my packaging or any info it hasn't been updated in almost a month now.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LY972442775CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Shanghai office to US on Nov 17.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Shanghai ,China or customs warehouse in LAX airport,US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

Everything looks normal. Please wait some more days.

if everything is ok, you should see new status next week. If you can not get new status by Dec 23, you need open dispute for lost parcel refund.
