Hello, I've been tracking my package since it left the states at the end of September. The last updated tracking info said it's being held in Shanghai customs. How do I go about retrieving my package - CH050879600US?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel attempt delivery on Oct 16 but not delivery result. it is a bad news.

you need call china post hotline 11185 and try to arrange pickup from China Post shanghai office.
