Hi. I need help. Customer said to me My package has been sent but I can't find any information about it. This is tracking number UD584512291CN. Please give me some information.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows only result "shipping notice received from seller". This means your seller told China Post he plans to ship the goods but never actually shipped anything yet. You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment location info, you will open dispute to WISH against fraud shipment.
