Post ePacket transit time and cut off for Xmas delivery to USA

Hi, I am wondering about both:
- the current transit times from China - USA delivery of ePacket and
- what is the last date for lodgement (in China) that China Post says will reach USA customers before Xmas 2016?

I don't think they would do such a thing because it's very unpredictable. It's common to see domestic estimates for that but not international especially with high volumes of mail like they have.
