Here's my ePacket tracking # : LM092082737CN, LM092096736CN both has left china on the same day, but usually ePacket takes 3 days to arrive at my country.

1. Unfortunately not lately, E Packet to Canada are delay for about 21 days before you can see any movement from Canada Post. You are not the first Canadian here that is having the same problem with either Canada Post or Canadian Customs Office in Vancouver. Because this where I suspect your parcel will be going Inbound Mail.

2. According to the tracking I have done, both parcel are On Route to Canada. If Canada Post or Canadian Customs does not step up E Packet to Canada this will be the situation as describe above.

1. The only thing you can do is to track your parcel on Canada Post site and like I said in the above post scanning of the parcel by Canada Post is delayed for all E Packet to Canada by at least 21 days.

2. This 21 days will be effective unless Canada Post or Canadian Customs step up E Packet arrival to Canada.

Well one of my packages arrived in Canada in Richmond which I'm not so happy. Usually my packages go through mississauga. Any idea how or why packages go through mississauga and Richmond?

1. 95% of parcel coming from China to Canada ends up in Vancouver Inbound Mail warehouse. Parcel from Europe will go through Montreal or Toronto Inbound warehouse.

2. When parcel are ship from China with a different carrier Netherlands Post or DHL Global Packet etc..., then parcel will come either to Montreal or Toronto.

I bought this item sept 03 2017 and shipped 12 September no recieved yet also no update Canada Post
I called Canada Post the told me we not able to see it this my track LM601888782CN
