Sellers on Aliexpress will tell you this so you might go away and wait. File a dispute now. Moral of the story, it is hit and miss with sellers on Aliexpress.. They are very cunning and try to extend your delivery date, which means you have no control over when you will receive, they just keep extending the date, which is wrong. If they do not perform a refund, contact your e-commerce dept at your bank. File a complaint with the bank, it will be registered and Aliexpress sellers do not want this to happen. Being blackballed is the death penalty for them, but who cares you need your money back.

1. You should give us an example of an E Packet tracking number taking 90 days to be deliver.

2. Also if you are level 4, the highest ranking for a buyer, then you should know that every year the first week of Oct is the National Holiday for all Chinese worker including the China Post personal. And after that you got the biggest sale in China on the 11 Nov.

3. So from the 10 Oct till possibly the 15 Jan the mail in China is incredibly huge to ship out. So basically delays are normal. And also don't forget you got the receiving country that might be slow getting the mail to be scan, customs clear and then deliver.

The above statement is completely irresponsible, it means you don't understand the postal system at all. Maybe you should look at this with an open mind:

I can fly to China in 24 hours! Why does a package take weeks?
