Post EMS so slow

Hello, I have 3 parcels that I've paid for Priority Mail Express International. Usually the parcels will reach me about 3-7 days. But it's been awhile and the statuses aren't updated and I'' started to worry. The tracking numbers are EA247055016CN, EA247055033CN, and EA247146074CN. I don't know why EMS is being so slow like this, very unusual. Anyone can help me with this issue? Really appreciate it.

1. All your parcel will be going from Shanghai to New York JFK airport. I suspect the problem might lies in JFK. Or it could be because China Post return from a week long National Holiday from 01 -08 Oct. This might have cause a delay in sending parcel to USA.

2. Have you been able to contact the seller and explain that you are worry about your parcel.

3. I have notice also the E Packet parcel to USA JFK are also slow to be scan by USPS. There might be to many parcels arriving in JFK this time of year for them to handle properly.

4. That's all my observation I can tell you. There is nothing unusual in the tracking of all your parcels.

Thank you for your reply. I read from twitter that other people have the same issue as me, international shipment being so slow this month. I ran out of patience :(

Thank you. I have received two of the parcels. But this one parcel (EA247146074CN) is still stuck. I contacted EMS China customer service but they can't help me find my parcel nor give me the exact time when can I get it. I asked USPS but they did not reply too. I paid almost $200 for the freight and yet more than two weeks not be able to get my parcel. :(:(:(

You won't get a reply from USPS. They are absolutely worthless. I'm pretty much in the exact same boat as you are. Had a package accepted on the 14th at Shanghai and now no idea where it is. Prob was on the same flight as yours.

Did you check where your parcel was sent to? I have received all my parcels that was sent to NY, but this one was sent to Chicago from the info. From EMS china tracking (http://www.11183.com.cn/) my parcel is still "Shanghai acceptance", not even "in transit". :(

Yes, thank you. I've read on the EMS website that if the parcel pass the estimated time delivery they will refund the fee, do you know how to get a refund from EMS?

1. Unfortunately I don't no that answer. You might be able to ask your seller if he is aware.
