Could you please help me find whereabouts of my EMS Express package EA173700752CN. It's been 2 weeks since the last status update, does it mean my package is lost?

2. Your parcel is fine. It's just that SHANGHAI has a backlog problem of parcels wanted to depart China. Just continue to track your parcel on the USPS site for any movement.

1. You could if you want, contact your seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel and ask him to phone China Post EMS about your parcel. After all your parcel is China Post Express Post Service(EMS) and pretty sure you paid extra money to have deliver fast to you.

Hi, I have a similar problem with EMS. In my case, it is impossible for me track my item. It has been 10 days and the china post tracking tool says "no shipping record". Has my package even shipped?
My tracking ID is LM129162268CN

1. Your tracking number is a valid tracking number. This is what I get when I track your parcel:
tem is not found at this moment

2. So this means that the parcel is not in the hand of China Post yet. You should contact seller as soon as possible and ask him if he did physically mail the parcel.

3. If the answer of the seller does not meet your expectation, then just open a dispute to get your money back.

1. If by 15 Nov you don't see any movement of your parcel just open a dispute to get your money back.

My package finally made it to the customs, after 3 long weeks, so everyone please be patient and allow some time before initiating any disputes.
