Post EMS - china to US - has been 17 days now.

Package was shipped oct 22nd and has been origin post since oct 23rd. I know it was handed to air transport company but I want to know whats going on as other packages shipped after the 28th are arriving to US in 3 to 5 days. Where is my parcel, who has it and who will locate it to ensure it's not lost?

EB704823593CN is seriously delayed. But it is too early to say it is lost. Sometimes ems parcel might take 3 to 4 weeks to reach USA. I suggest you wait one more week and see what happens.

If you can not get it by Nov 17, then please open dispute to seller for non-arrival order refund.
