The seller for LS661434850CN is not fraud, I have had a lot of orders from him before. He is even ready to issue a refund. But the interesting thing is, the tracking did say 'Processed through facility' withing 5 days of shipping but suddenly it became a ghost and no tracking info.
How can this happen? Does this mean it is lost or something?

Italy customs clearance is very very slow. You can not see new status until Italy Post releases the parcel to Italy Post. the customs clearance procedure might take 2 to 10 weeks.
