My package shows a delivery failure at 08:42am this morning. I am not sure what address it was taken to. Please help me verify where it is.

The parcel is delivering to receiver now. You can ask receiver call china post hot line 11185 and inquiry delivery schedule today.

are you in China? If yes, call 11185 or 11183, it should work, but you must speak Chinese.

You can't know who is receiver by tracking number. China Post does not record receiver information.

the parcel CY012509780US had delivery problem and is returning to USA now. you should call china post hot line 11183 or 11185 and stop returning procedure immediately.
